First floor features a bedroom with a bathroom in hallway, kitchen, living room, pool area and a half bath in the pool area. Second floor features a master suite, an ensuite and the themed bedrooms share a bathroom with a tub (located in the hallway). Loft area and laundry with washer and dryer is also located on the 2nd floor. Property offers central AC, gated community with security (all guests over the age of 18 are required to be pre-registered into the resort system), complimentary cable TV & Wifi, towels and linens (wash cloths are not provided), hair dryers, iron, pack’n play & booster seat. Parking is complimentary. Private pool is a splash pool (enclosed) and has a baby barrier fence for children's safety. Optional pool heat is available (minimum charge of $135 or $35 per night, whichever is greater - needs to be requested up to 2 days before arrival ). We recommend adding pool heat between the months of Nov-April. Pool temperature does not exceed 93F. Pool might take up to 24h to warm up. Pool heat works through heat exchange and it does not work efficiently in cold weather. If you opt for adding the pool heat during cold weather and heat does not work or does not reach the desired temperature, we do not refund the heat fee. Home is self-catering, meaning we provide a small welcome starter kit (to have the reservation started only) with toilet paper, paper towel, shampoo, soap, sponge, laundry powder, sponge, detergent, dishwasher powder, trash bags, coffee, sugar, sweetener, salt & pepper. We highly recommend getting additional items in a supermarket nearby. Housekeeping services area available during your stay for an additional fee. Grill is available with a 3rd party company for an additional fee. We are not responsible for liability when renting or using a grill in the property. We are located 9 miles from Disney, 17 miles from Sea World, 20 miles from Universal Studios, 19 miles from Convention Center & 29 miles from Legoland.
